Secretariat of the ICAC

According to § 6 of the ICAC Rules the Secretariat performs the functions required to support ICAC activities. The Secretariat shall be headed up by an executive secretary to be appointed by the RF CCI upon representation of the ICAC Presidium.

The Executive Secretary has a Deputy. Distribution of the responsibilities between the Executive Secretary and his Deputy, and also among other staff of the Secretariat is effected by the Executive Secretary.

All the Secretariat staff are officials of the Center of Arbitration and Mediation of the RF CCI.

When performing functions related to ICAC arbitral proceedings, the Secretariat is subordinated to the President of the ICAC.
