Presidium of the ICAC

In accordance with § 4 of the Statute of the ICAC (as amended by the Order No. 28 of RF CCI of June 23, 2010), the ICAC Presidium is comprised ex officio by the President and Vice Presidents of the ICAC, seven persons from the List of Arbitrators elected for a period of five years at the general meeting of persons on the List of Arbitrators, and two persons appointed by the President of the RF CCI. The President of the ICAC acts as Chairman of the Presidium.

The ICAC Presidium fulfills its duties in accordance with the Statute of the ICAC. The Presidium analyses arbitral case law, reviews opportunities for dissemination of information about the activities of the ICAC, international cooperation and other issues relating to the activities of the ICAC. The Executive Secretary of the ICAC acts as secretary with a consultative vote during the sessions of the Presidium.

The ICAC Presidium adopts resolutions by a simple majority vote, provided that at least five members of the Presidium, including the Presidium Chairman, are present at the meeting. Resolutions of the Presidium are formalized in minutes.

The ICAC Presidium is comprised of:

Chubarov, the Vice President of the RF CCI and the Director of the Center of Arbitration and mediation Konstantin I. Devyatkin were appointed members of the Presidium by Order No. 74 of the President of the RF CCI of July 7, 2011;
