Language of the Hearing

The hearing is conducted in Russian. The ICAC may, with the consent of the parties, conduct the hearing in another language. Where a party does not know the language in which the hearing is conducted, the ICAC shall, at that party’s request and expense, provide it with the services of an interpreter.
